Why We Exist
Our mission is workforce continuity through the AI transition: helping as many people as possible stay employed, stay effective, and stay confident as AI reshapes their work — by training the judgment machines can't replace. We don't believe job loss in this transition is inevitable. We believe it's a failure of training structure, and structure can be fixed.
The Company
About Model Mentor
Model Mentor teaches one discipline: how to make sound decisions under cognitive load — applied across financial, workforce, and AI environments through the constructs of the Economy of Survival.
Model Mentor LLC is a governance-focused organization dedicated to the development, stewardship, and institutional alignment of analytical methodologies for structured decision-making and curriculum design. The company develops and deploys the M.I.N.D. framework — its adaptation of the Economy of Survival, formally adopted by the company’s Board as the analytical foundation of its programming — across eight population tracks and its AI workforce readiness programming, with an emphasis on methodological integrity and long-term institutional planning.
Governance & Stewardship
Model Mentor is led by a chief executive and overseen by a board of directors, which holds governance responsibility for the company’s methodology and programming — including the formal adoption of the Economy of Survival as the analytical foundation of the M.I.N.D. platform. The company maintains a clear separation between its governance and the independent scholarship its method draws on.
The Scholarship Behind the Method
The M.I.N.D. framework is Model Mentor’s adaptation of the Economy of Survival — independently published scholarship that established the analytical method the company’s programming is built on, and which The Two Literacies carries into the AI environment.
