The Economy of Survival trilogy (Volumes I, II, and III; SK Scholarly Works, 2026; ISBNs 979-8-9949272-0-5 / -1-2 / -2-9) is independently published scholarly work authored by Sahil Kathuria under the SK Scholarly Works imprint.
The trilogy is not a peer-reviewed clinical practice guideline, a federally recognized evidence-based practice, a regulatory-approved intervention protocol, a clinical treatment manual, or a standard of care document as defined by any professional licensing body, accrediting organization, or federal treatment agency.
The trilogy presents an original analytical and conceptual framework grounded in existing academic literature, cognitive load theory, behavioral economics, and professional experience in healthcare operations and opioid treatment program management. M.I.N.D. pilot programs offered to partner organizations are consultative engagements designed to support organizational curriculum development and program architecture review. They are not licensed professional services, clinical interventions, regulatory compliance programs, or audits.
Participation in a M.I.N.D. pilot program by any organization does not create a clinical relationship, fiduciary relationship, employer-employee relationship, attorney-client relationship, accountant-client relationship, or any other legally recognized professional duty of care between that organization’s participants and Model Mentor, LLC.
Partner organizations that deploy M.I.N.D. framework components within their programs are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and licensing requirements governing their operations, including without limitation applicable substance use disorder treatment regulations under 42 C.F.R. Part 8, behavioral health licensure requirements, and workforce development program requirements.
Model Mentor’s no-cost pilot program offer does not create any obligation, ongoing service commitment, or contractual relationship beyond the scope of a specific written agreement, if any, executed between the parties.
